Discovery Point Phase 620 Waterline Extension consists of installing approximately 1,200 L.F. of 6 PVC, SDR-21 waterline and all other necessary appurtenances. Each Bidder must accompany histher bid with a Bid Bond in amount of not less than five (5) percent Of the base bid. NO Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of 90 days. The Bidder awarded the contract shall execute a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond and shall furnish insurance as required, in the General Conditions. Liquidated damages will be $1.000 per calendar day The West Shelby Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. Bidders must have experience with similar type projects in congested areas where multiple utilities are located. A list of references will be requested and thoroughly reviewed QA date - 10-8-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
