Reference Number 00005219830 The Village of Pouce Coupe (the "Village") invites qualified architectural and engineering consulting firms to submit proposals for professional design services associated with the expansion and modernization of the Pouce Coupe Fire Hall. The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified consultant to advance Option 2 identified in the completed Fire Hall Feasibility Study through the required design phases. The work will include architectural and engineering design, coordination of required technical disciplines, progressive cost estimating, preparation of permit-ready documents, and development of a complete tender-ready construction package. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
