Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
This project consists of installing a new accessible 8' wide HMA shared-use path on the south side of Euclid Avenue. This work includes earth excavation, ditch grading, pipe underdrain installation, HMA paving, PCC sidewalk construction, parkway restoration, mobilization and traffic control and protection, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans and described herein. lOCATION- South side of Euclid Avenue from Wheeling Road to Crabtree Lane substantial completion date is May 14th, 2027 ; Final completion shall be within fifteen (15) calendar days after the Substantial Performance Date (the "Final Performance Date") .
