Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

Miscellaneous sidewalk reconstruction and related site work. The work to be performed will include excavation , pavement reclamation , paving with hot mix asphalt, asphalt berm, granite curb, concrete and asphalt sidewalks, drainage structures, and other incidental work as required. Includes but is not limited to sidewalk reconstruction at various City of Worcester locations as per drawings and specifications of the Department of Public Works. Locations- Airlie St , Andover St , Elbridge St,Grove St, Shattuck St, Dolly Dr, Park Terrace Rd, Sandra Dr, Tatman St, Beaver St, Grosvenor St , Ripley St, Seymour St, Mower St Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. As part of the obligation of remedial action under the foregoing section, the Contractor shall maintain goals on this project no less than 38 percent (38%) people of color employee and 10 percent ( 10%) women employee hours of the total work hours in each job category including but not limited to, bricklayers, carpenters, cement masons, electricians, iron workers, operating engineers, and those "classes of work" enumerated in section 44C of chapter 149 of the Massachusetts General Laws. Locations listed in this contract shall be substantially completed no later than 7/15/2028. Completion of the Work for this Contract shall be no later than 30 days after the date of substantial completion for any location.
