The Melbourne Airport Authority is soliciting responses of sealed bids from qualified Bidders for the replacement of carpet and flooring in the concourse areas, per specifications The Airport has carpeting which has reached over 30 years of age in the passenger concourse area that is in need of full removal and replacement. This job site is located at the main Airport area of 1 Air Terminal Drive, Melbourne, FL 32901. The successful bidder will be expected to provide the following scope of work for removal: 1. Full removal and disposal of existing carpet from the concourse area of which Gates 1-6 outflow; 2. Full removal and disposal of existing carpet from sloped walkway at the beginning of the Gate 7 renovation, following handrails down to the concourse area; 3. Full removal and disposal of the carpet following the concourse area, past the restrooms, out to the VIP lounge entrance, and to the sterile area exit into the atrium area of the Airport Question Deadline 10/15/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are to be emailed to swyllie-vitt@mlbair.com referencing "Questions for ITB 2026-0929 - Carpet Replacement" on the correspondence subject line.
