The project consists of site preparation and demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, erosion and sedimentation control , asphalt and concrete paving, permeable pavers, chainlink fencing and gates, turf and grass restoration, installation of the subbase for the restroom facility, water utility distribution piping, sanitary sewer improvements, and underground electrical service for the restroom facility, including installation and stub-up for final connection by CXT, at Ridgeview Park. The Ridgeview Park Improvements Project in Sandy Springs, Georgia, is a comprehensive site improvement project intended to upgrade the existing park infrastructure and associated site conditions. Work includes selective demolition and removal of existing site features; clearing and grubbing; excavation , filling, grading, trenching, and preparation of subgrades; installation and preparation of the required subbase for the restroom facility; and installation and maintenance of temporary and permanent erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control measures. Existing vegetation, utilities, paving, sidewalks, curbing, buildings, and other improvements designated to remain shall be protected throughout construction. The project also includes establishment and restoration of turf and grass areas and installation or modification of site utility infrastructure. Utility work includes water distribution piping and appurtenances, testing, flushing, chlorination, and coordination with the applicable water utility, as well as sanitary sewer piping, joints, structures, bedding, and associated trenching and backfill . The Contractor shall also provide the underground electrical service associated with the restroom facility, including all required trenching, conduit, wiring, backfill, and related components, with the electrical service stubbed up at the designated location for CXT to make the final connection to the restroom facility, as indicated in the Contract Documents.
