Liberty Terrace North has 68 student apartments, and 2 staff apartments. Scope includes, but is not limited to; select demolition and replacements of flooring, kitchen cabinets, fixtures, appliances, kitchen electrical receptacles and painting. It also includes replacements of light fixtures (in-kind), ceiling tile, and diffusers (in-kind) throughout the apartments, and replacement of apartment window blinds.
