Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Construction is required to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program at the John Cochran Division of the VA Saint Louis Health Care System. The work consists of Phases 2, 3, and 4 of the associated design plans and includes renovations to training, administrative, support, and infrastructure spaces on the first floor of Building 2. Phase 2 includes renovation of the North Training Rooms (Rooms 139, 140, 141, and 142), approximately 2,000 square feet. Work includes upgraded power and data infrastructure, new flooring, and new wall finishes. Phase 3 includes renovation of the South Training Rooms (Rooms 126, 127, and 128), approximately 1,800 square feet. Work includes upgraded power and data infrastructure, new flooring, and new wall finishes. This phase also includes renovation of an approximately 130-square-foot breakroom with new floor and wall finishes, casework, a new sink, and a cold-water connection for an ice machine. Phase 4 includes renovation of an approximately 1,400-square-foot corridor with new floor and wall finishes; upgrades to two offices of approximately 150 square feet each with upgraded power and data infrastructure, new flooring, and wall finishes; and upgrades to an existing data closet, including new floor and wall finishes, installation of an additional server rack with associated equipment, and replacement of the existing mini-split HVAC unit. All power and data drops previously identified as floor-mounted shall be wall-mounted in accordance with revised drawings EP101 and TN101. No floor-mounted outlets are permitted. The work will be performed under a design-bid-build construction contract. The estimated construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, and the performance period is approximately 150 calendar days from notice to proceed.
