Replacement of the upper roof of the flight school including removal of existing roof system, installation of polyisocyanurate insulation, flashing of penetrations, wood nailer installation, curb and pipe penetration raising, and installation of roof edge metals, gutters, and downspouts. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond. Remove existing roofing system down to existing deck Remove roof edge metals and gutters/downspouts Remove skylight lens and replace with new (Airport will supply lens) Install (2) two layers of 2.6" polyisocyanurate insulation (R-30) Fully adhere white, .060mil TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing system Flash all penetrations per manufacturer's warrantied specifications Supply and install prefinished, standard color roof edge metals, gutters, and downspouts Remove all roofing debris from jobsite 0 Furnish manufacturer's standard 20-year warranty, 55 MPG Work to be completed before November 15, 2026
