Provide equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove, dispose of, furnish, and install two replacement bullet-resistant medical window boxes in the pharmacy located in Building 81. The work includes coordinating with pharmacy staff to minimize patient impact, removing and disposing of two damaged existing window boxes, installing one replacement window box at the dispensing window and one in the back cage, and performing functional testing of the replacement units after installation. All labor shall be performed without assistance from facility maintenance staff. The replacement window boxes shall be brand name or equal to the CRL Clear Package Receiver and meet the required salient characteristics, including Bullet Protection Level 3, dimensions of 16 inches by 16 inches by 16 inches, left-hand hinged configuration, Part Number CPR31, UL752 compliance, Lexgard material construction, satin-finish aluminum extrusions, interlocking operation allowing only one door to be opened at a time, and glazing consisting of 1-1/4-inch Level 1 Acrylic and 1-1/4-inch Level 3 Lexgard. Equipment shall be new and unused. The contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies required to complete the work and ensure proper operation of the installed units.
