Reference Number 0000438414 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/13/2026 12:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No In addtion to opening and closing duties, the selected vendor, under Department of Recreation staff direction, the selected vendor(s) will be authorized to adjust, calibrate and repair as necessary, the systems identified above and further detailed in each Pool's O&M manuals found within the Bid packet. The total annual allowance project budget for repairs is $25,000. Respondents shall have a Certified Pool Operator as part of thier staff plan. A Bid Deposit of 5% of the amount of the total bid is required. Submit a certified check or bank draft made payable to the Treasurer, City of Albany. A bid bond is acceptable. The selected vendor(s) will open and shut down the pools for the 2027 season.
