Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Centennial Park Drainage Project consists of construction of multiple drainage basins with earthen berms, drainage channels/swales, stormwater pipe, concrete access paths/roads, rip rap slope protection, slope revegetation, 4-wire fencing, signage, stand pipe, stormwater outfall, gabion baskets, and all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. The Contractor will be responsible for any required permits, site safety and protection of public from hazards during construction. Existing infrastructure (signage, asphalt and concrete striping, driveways, parking lots, staging areas, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
