Renovation of a municipal facility in Pepperell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of preparing and repainting all exterior wood surfaces of Pepperell Town Hall, including but not limited to clapboards, trim, cornices, soffits, fascia, columns, window and door casings, shutters (if present), and other painted exterior wood elements, as further described below and in the attached photographs/drawings (Attachment F). Deadline for Written Questions: 10/07/2026 4 pm Town Hall Painting - A 152 year-old classic New England Town hall requires exterior painting. This includes a cupola on rooftop. There are remnants of lead paint on the exterior structure. Project subject to funding. Anticipated project to be completed in spring/summer 2027. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
