A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Addition of an approximately 1,075 square foot second floor area within the existing entry/open office portion of the Leatherman Peak building on the Boise State campus, located at 1311 Belmont Street, in Boise Idaho. The project includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition and reconfiguration of first floor conference room and office space ceilings, the addition of a second story and stair, and the relocation of millwork within the adjacent receiving bay as described in the construction documents. Question Deadline 10/23/2026 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum.
