Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Agawam, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Main Street Sewer Rehabilitation. The work to be done under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to: installation of approximately 4,000 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in existing 8-inch through 15-inch gravity sewer mains and geopolymer lining of approximately 24 existing sewer manholes, together with sewer cleaning, CCTV inspection, temporary bypass pumping, traffic control, pavement restoration, and all appurtenant work required to complete the improvements. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, sewer and water. The Engineer anticipates that the State Highway Access Permit will be issued by 11/11/26.
