The Project includes the following Work: ADA upgrades citywide (sidewalk, driveway, curb, and curb ramp repairs), sidewalk installation at General Rosecrans Elementary, and school zone signage/pavement marking modifications near Big Walnut Elementary and Middle Schools. This project consists of a new sidewalk installation connecting heartland meadows drive to general rosecrans elementary school and various sidewalk/ada upgrades at publicly owned facilities throughout the city of sunbury. the project will also include school zone signage, flashers, and pavement marking improvements near big walnut elementary & middle schools if authorized. Engineer's Estimate: $171,833.00 for the base bid and $28,163.00 for alternate 1 The Work will be substantially complete on or before October 30, 2027, Final completion - November 30, 2027. Question Deadline 10/12/2026 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
