Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Design plans call for the construction of a 82,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Commissioning services and construction testing services for a new 2-story 82,000 sq. ft. administration building. In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. The Owner will take into consideration qualification information including: 1. Specialized or appropriate expertise in the type of project. 2. Past performance on similar projects. 3. Adequate staff and proposed team for the project. 4. Current workload and Public projects awarded. 5. Unit Price/Hourley Rate Schedule for Services. 6. Proximity to and familiarity with the area where the project is located. 7. Other factors which may be appropriate for the project. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
