Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Boulder, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Schedule | Potholing and Schedule II Service Line Replacement. Schedule I will be initiated and completed prior to Schedule II. Work under Schedule I includes potholing existing service line customer and system side of meter using hydrovac potholing methods. Work under Schedule II includes replacing lead, copper, or galvanized service line with approximately 1460 linear feet of IPS service line, 5 cubic yards of landscape repair, 3 square yards of concrete flatwork, and related work. Bids will be received for single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $ 130,000. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.
