Questions Due October 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT Scope of Work The Vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to provide asbestos abatement at the House (hereinafter referred to as "Eastside") located at 13814 Courthouse Road, Dinwiddie, VA 23841 per Hurt & Proffitt's Specifications dated September 24, 2026. This project includes, but is not limited to: Removal of approximately 3,135 +/- square feet of walls and 1,662 +/- square feet of ceiling of friable asbestos-containing sheetrock/joint compound. Several areas have sheetrock and compounds covered with non-asbestos plaster/skim coats and there are areas of sheetrock and compounds covered with wood paneling. Removal of approximately 205 +/- linear feet of Category I non-friable asbestos-containing window caulks and/or glazing's. Removal of approximately 75 +/- linear feet of Category I non-friable asbestos-containing door caulks. Removal of approximately 200 +/- square feet of Category II non-friable transite dormers/gables. Negative pressure containment of each planned work area. Removal of asbestos by non-mechanical means as to minimize fiber release. Properly bag and label all materials.
