The City of La Porte is seeking competitive bids for the renovation of the existing Fire Station One. The facility is located at 125 S Third Street, La Porte, Texas 77571. The Work shall include all labor, tools, plant, equipment, materials, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, insurance, and contributions for all services and facilities required for the general construction, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology work to construct and fully complete the Work identified by the Contract Documents Interior renovation of approximately 10,000 sq . ft. of space within the existing living wing of Fire Staton One located at 125 South 3rd Street, La Porte, TX 77571. B. The entire building, excluding apparatus bays, shall have a new HVAC system. C. Provide miscellaneous interior door access control and camera integrations. D. Provide a public address system. E.
