Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Charlotte, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Installation of ventilation and exhaust fan systems including HVLS circulation fans, wall-mounted exhaust fans, an exterior intake louver, and associated electrical wiring and controls at two shop facilities. Ventilation and Exhaust Fan Systems Installation Dickson County Highway Department is soliciting competitive bids from qualified mechanical/HVAC contractors to furnish and install ventilation and exhaust fan equipment in two shop facilities: the Main Shop Building and Lube Building #2, as described in Section 2 (Scope of Work). This document establishes the minimum equipment performance and installation requirements. Bidders may propose equivalent equipment meeting or exceeding the specifications below; any substitutions must be clearly identified and supported with manufacturer cut sheets.
