Location and Description - The Project consists of replacing and rehabilitating the existing storm drainage system within the drainage easement in the vicinity of 709 University Avenue. Work includes a combination of sliplining and open-trench replacement of the existing storm drain , installation of new HDPE storm drain pipe, construction of a new storm drain structure, potholing to verify existing utilities and field conditions, pressure grouting and void remediation, trench excavation and backfill , utility coordination, surface restoration, traffic control and all associated work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. Attachment A, shows the Locations of Work as part of the plans, is incorporated herein. B. Time for Final Completion - The Project must be fully completed within 21 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed . Town anticipates that the Work will begin in January 2027, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding.
