Existing conduits to be used if possible and if not capped. Removal of exterior light fixtures. All existing wiring to be reused. Existing conduits to be used if possible and if not capped. _ Proper documented disposal of the removed luminaires. _Install new interior luminaires, exit signs, emergency lighting and accessories for a complete working system. Install new exterior luminaires, lighting poles complete with base and accessories for a complete working system. Reinstatement of ceiling tiles. Ensure all ceiling devices are restored to original conditions. Reinstatement of parking lot and grass areas . Ensure all exterior areas are restored to original conditions. Work of this Contract shall include the supply and installation of light fixtures, wiring, conduits, vacancy controls and all associated accessories.
