Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of new ventilation systems and heat pump upgrades. Stipulated sum contract to supply all plant, labour, materials and equipment required for the upgrades. Work includes installation of new energy recovery ventilators complete with associated ductwork, heating coils, diffusers, grilles, fire dampers, hangers, supports and accessories; new local controls; required renovation and demolition; and associated electrical work. Work must be coordinated to minimize disruption to normal building activities because the Owner will occupy the building during construction. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond.
