Rehabilitation and replacement options for aging storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure located within rear-yard statutory rights-of-way (SROWs) along Sandowne Road and Larkdowne Road in South Oak Bay. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway seeking a consultant to provide engineering services for the preliminary design and evaluation of the project. The District aims to validate the options analysis completed previously, provide an updated recommendation to advance to preliminary design, and complete a preliminary design of the recommended configuration. Preliminary design completion is anticipated for late May 2027. Further update in early 2027, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
