Utilize 2" x 6" and 1 " x 6" pine. (e) Finish Trim to be constructed using 1 " x 4" and 1 " x 6" Cedar, and painted. (f) Install new 0.32 aluminum 6" K-Style Gutter (i) Fabricate on-site for longest lengths possible (g) Install new .032 aluminum 4" x 5" corrugated downspouts (h) Any substitutions must be approved by Owner (i) Haul away or remove all construction debris, trash, removed materials, etc. from project site. (j) Provide a 2-year labor warranty for all sheet metal products. (2) 2nd Floor Roof (a) Establish an LFUCG and OSHA approved safety and staging plan (b) Mechanically Fasten 1/2 " HD coverboard to the bottom of the gutter (c) Adhere 060Mil EPDM membrane to the back, bottom, and front interior side of the box gutter (d) Along the back, secure the membrane using a termination bar (e) On the front side, fabricate and install a small locking strip and edge metal accessory (f) Strip front edge metal in using EPDM cover tape (g) Replace Fascia (h) Wrap existing soffit & decorative wood Question Deadline 10/07/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
