Separation of the existing combined sanitary and storm sewer system. Work includes removal of asphalt and existing combined sewer, installation of new sanitary and storm sewers, maintenance holes and catch basins, excavation, grading, backfilling, paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, site lighting, landscaping and related work. Other requirements include septic/holding tank removals or modifications, utility crossings, directional drilling where required, bedrock excavation, excess soil management, contaminated soil disposal, erosion and sediment control, temporary water services where required, CCTV sewer inspection, roadway reinstatement and site restoration.
