This Work Includes Traffic Striping, Crosswalks, and Other Associated Markings, Within the Five Counties in Which Septa Serves. - The Removal of Any Existing Traffic Striping and or Markings, SOLID Areas, Lettering, Arrows, and Other Symbols, From Bituminous Concrete and Portland Cement Concrete Surfaces. All Work to Be Performed According to the Attached Specifications: Track and Civil Engineering Department, Specification No. F-T-315 - Standard Specification for Blanket Pavement Marking. - Work Location: Woodland Avenue From Cobbs Creek Parkway to the 40th Street Loop.
