Construction of a new Dewatering Building F. Construction of a new Lime Silo G. Construction of a new Sludge Pump and Blower Building H. Construction of one new Primary Sludge Storage Tank and two new Secondary Sludge Storage Tanks I. Construction of a new Foreign Sludge Screen J. Construction of new odor control systems K. Construction of a new Storage Shed L.
