Services will be provided on as needed basis within the Hot Springs Municipal Utilities Service area for the Water and Wastewater Divisions. Boring could be on city streets, county roads, and/or state highways. The following scope of service describe the minimum requirements. Contractor shall provide boring equipment of adequate commercial size and in satisfactory working condition for safe operation. Only workers experienced in boring shall be used in performing work. Contractor should take measures necessary to protect surrounding public and private property, roads, driveways, sidewalks, drains, utilities, trees, and structures form damage due to boring. The equipment shall comply with all state and federal safety requirements. Any deviations to these specifications shall be explained.
