Provide all labor, travel, materials, supervision, replacement parts, and equipment necessary to perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown repair services for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. Preventive maintenance services shall be performed annually in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and approved maintenance procedures, including inspection, testing, checking, and calibration of all covered equipment. The contractor shall provide 24-hour, 7-day repair services and respond to service requests by telephone within two working hours and be on-site within four hours when necessary. All repaired equipment must be restored to proper working order, tested, and verified safe for operation before being returned to service. Work includes documentation of all maintenance and repair activities through signed service reports; provision of OEM-recommended replacement parts; software updates as available; calibration certification for testing and measuring equipment; annual certification that covered equipment has been calibrated to OEM standards; protection of VA personnel, facilities, and equipment from damage during performance; and provision of information regarding substitute equipment available during periods of equipment downtime. The contractor shall also be responsible for handling, packing, shipping, and receiving repair parts and equipment when off-site repairs are required.
