The general description of work for which proposals are to be received consists of: Remove and replace existing concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveway and alley approaches along with the removal and replacement of trees along the East side of N. 9th Street between Greenbush Street and Roberts Street and any other miscellaneous work pertaining to the project work area. (See Technical Specifications). The City of Lafayette is seeking to encourage participation by respondents who are MBE/WBE/VBE or Section 3 business enterprises. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
