Reference number: 20164915 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-10-13 Description Replacement of water heaters in the buildings located at 20 and 24 Rue Pie X and at 5430, 5470 and 5500 Rue Bossuet in Levis. The contract includes supply of equipment, draining and removal of existing water heaters, new retention pans connected to drains, required connections and commissioning. Architectural work includes selective demolition and removals required for the work, new partitions and framing, firestopping, joint sealants, metal doors/frames and hardware, gypsum board repairs/new construction, painting, cutting and patching, protection of occupied areas, temporary construction facilities, cleanup and related restoration. Hazardous-material work must also be coordinated, including asbestos requirements identified in the tender documents. The supplier must plan and coordinate the work with the Office's representative in order to minimise disruption to the occupants. The buildings within the property complex concerned and the number of water heaters to be replaced are specified in the technical specifications.
