Ft. of existing rock and hot mop asphalt, new underlayment, addition of 4 new solar attic vent fans, all penetration flashings/roof jacks, hip & valley flashings, new wall flashings, all new edge /perimeter flashing, facia board replacement as needed. Building B- Remove and replace approximately 2400+/- Sq . Ft. of existing asphalt shingles, new underlayment, addition of 4 new solar attic vent fans, all penetrations flashings/roof jacks, hip & valley flashings, all new edge and perimeter flashings, facia board replacement as needed.
