The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba rabbittransit is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the services described as follows. The Authority will receive Bids from qualified firms for the supply, delivery, installation of concrete planters, river rock relocation, and the removal and proper disposal of landscape mulch. All materials and work shall be congruent with the Specifications section of this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Please review the complete Solicitation to determine if your products and services are suitable. SRTA/rabbittransit provides transit service and maintains facilities throughout Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York Counties, as well as the City of Harrisburg. This solicitation and the resulting Contract apply to work performed in York County Question Deadline 10/22/2026 at 2:00 PM ET
