Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Relay of a combined sewer main, which is a civil infrastructure project involving underground utility work. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Set-asides: 15% SBE. Required pre-construction meetings will be held, at least ten ( 10) working days prior to the anticipated start date, for water main installation contracts. Contractor shall contact Mr. Anthony Fahres, P.E. at 414-286-8148 following the Notice to Proceed. Project start requests will not be authorized prior to holding a pre-construction meeting. Pre-Construction Meetings will be held either in person at DPW Field Headquarters 3850 N 35th St Milwaukee, WI 53216 or virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting.
