Budget - $ 1,000,000 Construction Start: February 1 , 2027 Substantial Completion Date: July 23, 2027 Final Completion Date: October 1 , 2027 Facility and Location - Gilbert High School Stadium/ 840 Main Street, Gilbert, SC 29054 Defined Project and Preliminary Scope - Synthetic Turf System Removal of existing sod and topsoil, followed by the installation of a new synthetic turf system, including associated concrete work, fencing, storm drainage, infrastructure, and related accessories. Scope of work encompasses all grading, turf establishment, ground stabilization, and comprehensive erosion and sediment control measures, to be designed by a Civil Engineer.
