The work to be done under Graffiti Removal shall consist of removing graffiti from the surfaces on State DOT right of way or other locations as directed by the Engineer. This work is located on the inbound and outbound mainlines and ramps of the Kennedy (I-90/94), Dan Ryan (I-90/94), Bishop Ford (I-94), the Stevenson (I-55), and I-57 Expressways in Cook County. A contractor will not be prequalified for this letting unless the statement is received before the time and day established.
