Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chesterfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing a new sidewalk and curb ramps, with associated pavement, striping, drive approaches, storm sewers and inlets, and retaining wall on the east side of Schoettler Road, from Windsor Valley Ct. to Greenleaf Valley Drive. The awarded Contractor shall have 150 days from the date of Notice to Proceed to complete the project. The awarded Contractor shall have 150 days from the date of Notice to Proceed to complete the project. The DBE Goal for this project is 0%. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company and payable to the City, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the sum total of the base bid . The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein, and to determine the lowest and best bid as determined in the sole discretion of the City.
