Retaining wall construction and associated site and Right-of-Way improvements. The project is generally described as Nannahagan Brook Retaining Wall Improvements project (the Project). The Project includes , but is not limited to, construction of new gravity precast concrete retaining wall system along Nannahagan Brook, site utility improvements, sidewalks, curbing, chain link fencing, guardrail improvements, site restoration; and all materials and equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work as represented on the Drawings and Specifications. The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the Project in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features. 1 Temporary sewage, water, drain, and stream bypass; 2. Erosion and sedimentation controls; 3. Selective site demolition and disposal; 4. Selective tree removal; 5. Earthwork; 6. Drainage; 7. Water: 8. Sewer; 9. Precast concrete retaining wall systems; 10. Site grading; 11 . Concrete sidewalk; 12. Concrete curb; 13 . Asphalt paving; 14. Fencing; 15. Guardrails; 16. Site Restoration; and Site cleanup all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. Alternates A (if awarded by Owner) Segment 1B work, including: Temporary stream bypass; Erosion and sedimentation controls; Selective site demolition and disposal ; Selective tree removal ; Earthwork; Drainage; Precast concrete retaining wall systems; Site grading; Site Restoration; and Site cleanup all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to Segment 1B Work.
