Scope of Work: October 9, 2026 by 3:00 PM ET October 13, 2026 at 11:30 AM ET October 20, 2026 by 3 PM ET October 23, 2026 October 28, 2026 by 3 PM ET As soon as possible after the bid opening OMH must receive no later than 7 business days after date on nonselect letter OSC Approval - 3/31/2027 This project involves the removal and replacement of existing deteriorated concrete pathways and associated site improvements at Buildings 57 and 55. Work includes demolition of existing concrete and site elements, installation of new concrete sidewalks and curbing, associated masonry, earthwork, and site restoration, along with minor utility structure adjustments. A. General Requirements 1. Provide mobilization, demobilization, and equipment delivery/pickup for all machinery required to complete the work (skid-steer loaders, attachments, pickup truck with driver, etc.) 2. Provide flag person/traffic control support due to pedestrian traffic in active walkway areas. 3. Provide temporary sanitation facilities (portable toilet) with service for duration of work. 4. Install and maintain temporary plastic water barriers for site protection/staging, including placement, relocation, and removal. 5. Install temporary chain link fencing (6' and 8') for site security and staging areas. (optional) 6. Provide dumpster(s) for construction debris disposal (non-hazardous). 7. Provide landfill disposal of mixed asphalt, concrete, gravel , and subgrade material. 8. Coordinate removal , protection, and reinstallation of any electrical , storm drain and catch basin covers affected by the work.
