The Work includes: The Work is located at 7200 San Leandro Street, Oakland, CA 94621 , the Coliseum Station. The Work, in general consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary for the modernization of two existing hydraulic elevators, converting the existing storage room to a new elevator machine room, the existing elevator machine room converted to a pump filter room and a new equipment room with associated mechanical , electrical and communication modifications. Equipment installation, testing, commissioning as indicated in the Contract Drawings. The estimated value of this Contract is $ 6.11M to $ 6.83M. Question Deadline 10/27/2026 Bidders, must submit their inquiries in writing to the District. Such inquiries shall identify the Contract name and number, and shall be directed to the BART Procurement Department, Attention: Contract Administrator , chogan@bart.gov. No response will be made to inquiries received by the District less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled Bid opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
