WON PROJECT: Williams Diversified LLC has been awarded this contract and is buying out subcontractors and suppliers now. Williams Diversified LLC (prime contractor) is requesting subcontractor bids for the trade packages listed (Building 20, USDA ARS National Laboratories, Ames IA). The intent of this project is to complete inspection and testing of the Building 20 atrium system and provide a report summarizing the source of water leaks that includes photos to document the condition atrium system with recommended repairs that have a cost estimate based on the year of the inspection. The report shall be in order by location and by the urgency of the repair in a prioritized manner. The report shall be submitted in pdf format and emailed in a zipped pdf format to the Contracting Officer Representative and Contracting Officer
