This procurement seeks a qualified contractor to install a new mechanical exhaust fan system designed to reduce excess humidity, prevent mold growth, and improve overall ventilation within the space. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to install the exhaust fan, including cutting openings, mounting the unit, connecting electrical wiring, and installing appropriate ductwork to vent air to the exterior. Some areas may require minor drywall repair or patching, while others will not. Work will occur in an occupied building, and the contractor must ensure safe access and minimal disruption to residents during installation.
