Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,659-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of an interior and exterior remodel of an existing 23,659 S.F. PEMB structure for Training Operation. Interior scope includes renovation of office spaces, kitchen, restroom, hallways and classrooms. Exterior scope includes resealing window, re-striping the parking lot, resealing roof penetration, and replacing the monument sign. The address of the project is 9630 Telge Rd. Houston, Texas 77095. The Proposer shall secure and submit with Bid Proposal Form a Bid Bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder is required to enter into the Standard Form of Agreement (AIA Document 201) and furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred (100) Percent of the Contract Price, along with all required insurance in the stated amounts within Ten (10) Days of the Notice of Award. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, all references to “day(s)” shall mean calendar day(s). Construction is currently anticipated January 2027 – August 2027. The undersigned Bidder agrees to commence work within 10 days of the date of a written Notice to Proceed. It is understood that the Work is to be Substantially Complete within Two-Hundred FortyThree (243) Days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Time for Substantial Completion shall begin on the date established by the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will pay Liquidated Damages in the amount(s) specified in the Supplementary Conditions, Section 00 73 00, in the event the Work is not Substantially Complete within the Contract Time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals.
