The successful Bidder must commence work within ten (10) calendar days after written Notice to Proceed and complete the construction project within One hundred and eighty (180) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. The successful Bidder must also complete certain portions of the project within specific intermediate milestones as described in the contract documents.
