Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of demolishing the south portion of the existing building and constructing a new boiler canopy and foundation for a new hot-water boiler system at the Oxnard Wastewater OWTP. The work includes installation of the new boiler, associated hot-water piping, boiler pump, three-way flow control valve, pipe supports, natural gas piping connections, and connection of the new boiler hot-water loop to the existing plant heat loop. The project also includes new electrical power from the existing MCC, a new PLC and associated instrumentation and controls, site work around the boiler canopy, and all required testing, startup, commissioning, and related work necessary to provide a complete and operational boiler and heat-loop system. Construction of a new canopy and foundation, installation of a new hot water boiler, boiler hot water pump, boiler three-way flow control valve and associated piping, pipe supports, and associated electrical and instrumentation and controls. Demolition of the south room of the existing storage building. Site work associated with the areas around the boiler canopy. Connection of new natural gas (NG) fuel piping to existing NG piping. New power feed from existing motor control center in the generator building. Connection of the new boiler hot water loop to the existing plant heat loop in the hot water supply (HRS) piping adjacent to the generator building. Addition of a new PLC under the boiler canopy. All other work necessary to render the boiler and associated heat loop and associated components complete and operational. Commissioning of the Work.
