Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The proposed project consists of the installation of approximately 660 L.F. of 12" water main and an approximate 200 L.F. boring under Interstate 81, with appurtenances as shown and specified. Question Deadline 10/16/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All RFIs shall be submitted through PennBid unless the Contractor has received a hard copy of the bidding documents. For contractors who have received a hard copy, please contact Peter Fleszar, PE, pfleszar@jhacompanies.com with RFIs, submit RFIs via email in excel format provided.
