Renovation of a mixed-use development in Albany, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Construction services for Phase 1, Part 2 of the Consolidated Primary Care (CPC) project at the Albany VA Medical Center. The work will continue the consolidation of the primary care units currently located on the 1st, 4th, and 8th floors of Building 1, including the Blue, Red, and Silver teams and all associated support functions, into the first-floor core area of the medical center. The project includes relocation of the Agent Cashier's Office and construction of a new reception area designed to accommodate six Medical Support Assistant (MSA) workstations along with a new waiting lobby. Approximately 5,000 square feet of existing space will be renovated. Construction will be completed in five phases to support ongoing facility operations and project requirements. The magnitude of this project is between 1 million and 5 million. Location: Albany VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208.
