Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project will be awarded as a single combined contract. Project consists of demolition of the existing cooling tower, structural steel, tank, pump, piping, select associated demolition and installation of new cooling tower, pumps, piping, tanks, and other associated specialties. The construction contract will include all associated general, electrical, and temperature control work. Doc note: A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
